How to Check NACTVET End of Semester Results | How to Check NACTVET Results
The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) provides an online system where students can check their end of semester results and verify their student details.
Steps to Check NACTVET Results
1. Go to the official NACTVET website: 👉 https://www.nactvet.go.tz/
2. Navigate to “Student Information Verification”
3. Enter your correct details:
(i) Student Registration Number: Example NS2574/0384/2017
- NS-Government School (PS-Private School)
- 2574-School Number
- 0384-Student Form IV index Number
- 2017-Year Complete
(ii)Do a addition Question: Enter Answer
4. Click VALIDATE
The system will display your information and your student verification status.
How to check to understand your result through that:
1. check on: "Semester Results Status" you will see semister 1 and semister 2 status
2. we deals with semister 2 (for the September intake). on semister 2 you will see either submitted or confirmed
Meaning of That Status
When you check the system may display one of the following statuses:
Confirmed: Your details have been fully checked, marked and verified by NACTVET. This means your information and results for the ends of semister 2 examination are correct. (no any challenge of sup, repeat module, incomplete, etc)
Pending: You need to wait
Submitted : Here There are two scenario
1. Still your result no checked or verified by NACTVET so you need to wait BUT if all students in a certain level are all submitted
2.If some students in your level are submitted and other are confirmed, just be attention by check every time because if your results was checked means you have one challenge of sup, repeat module, incomplete or etc).
In summary:
Pending = Wait
Submitted = Challenge (Not pass)
All in All: This is sign and red flag or white flag for your result but Get ready for the results to be released
